Fitts and George Carlin stated were on to what I believed all along that it was a set up. The city government took advantage of a situation to escalate the riots for financial gain. It saddens me that I have lived in Minneapolis for decades because when I travelled around, I don't think any city compared and now, I might as well be living in Detroit.
